On January 12, 2026, the MHA Nation Division of Drug Enforcement hosted a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) signing ceremony at the MHA Nation Tribal Chambers.
This agreement, established between the North Dakota Bureau of Criminal Investigation and the MHA Nation, strengthens collaboration to combat Internet Crimes on the Fort Berthold Indian Reservation.
