September is National Kinship Care Month. Hooray! Celebrate the family members and active kin who provide kinship care for children and youth. In Philadelphia alone, more than 17,000 children are estimated to be living with family members. Connectedly's GrandFamily Resource Center programs support caregivers, helping them lead stable, fulfilling lives and serve as vital supports for the children in their care.
