🐔 If you’ve been following along with the backyard chicken conversation, here’s another update for you!

At the June 3 Planning Commission meeting, the Planning Commission recommended approval of proposed zoning text amendments related to residential chickens on residential properties.

What’s next?
The proposed zoning changes are expected to move to the Board of Supervisors for formal consideration and possible adoption into the Township Zoning Code at the August 10 Board of Supervisors Meeting.

Stay tuned for additional updates as this moves through the process.

Congratulations to our very own Neshaminy High School Baseball Team on becoming the 2026 PIAA Class 6A State Champions. The first state baseball title in program history! 🏆

This incredible achievement is a testament to the hard work, dedication, and heart shown by the players, coaches, and supporters all season long. Middletown is proud to celebrate this unforgettable milestone! ❤️💙

At the June 8th Board of Supervisors Meeting, Middletown Township proudly recognized two outstanding young community members for their dedication to service and leadership.

👏 Congratulations to Vincent Kutch, who was recognized for his outstanding Boy Scout service project at Veterans Memorial Park. Through his leadership, Vincent enhanced the park, honored our veterans, and brought members of the community together. This is an important step toward earning his Eagle Scout rank.

🎓 Congratulations to Keenan Stahl, recipient of the Middletown Community Foundation Community Service Scholarship Award. A graduate of LaSalle College High School, Keenan will attend Drexel University this fall where he plans to major in Finance while continuing his lacrosse career.

Thank you both for making a positive impact in our community. Middletown is proud of you!

The Middletown Township Board of Supervisors will hold its monthly public meeting on Monday, June 8 at 7:00 PM at the Municipal Center. Residents are encouraged to attend and provide public comment.
