Thanks to support from Champlain Hudson Power Express, we have funding available for families with children in Clinton and Franklin Counties.

To be eligible, you must:
☑ have children under 18 living in your home
☑ need assistance with utility/fuel costs
☑ reside in Clinton or Franklin County, NY
☑ have already exhausted other assistance opportunities
☑ have a total household income that falls at or below the ALICE guideline (www.unitedforalice.org/alice-income-status-tool)

Please note – this is a limited program and will end when funds run out. Eligibility is not guaranteed and must be determined through the application process. If eligible, households can receive a one-time payment toward their costs.
