What a powerful morning at YouthBuild Preparatory Academy! We just wrapped our first YouthBuild Legacy Academy Community Panel, and the energy in the room was incredible.

A huge thank you to our brilliant panelists: Lisa Pina of the Nonviolence Institute, Bernadett Tavarez of Foster Forward, Donald Laliberte of Kids Link, and Christano Andrade of Bank of America. They shared their journeys, their challenges, and their passion for creating change with our students.

The best part? The insightful questions from our students.This discussion was the official launch of their summer projects, where they will step into the community to identify and address issues that matter. This is what liberatory education looks like in action.
