As we live longer, it’s time to rethink how we value aging.

In his article, Center for Healthy Aging Founder and President Dr. Larry Weiss encourages us to look beyond the challenges of aging and focus instead on dignity, purpose, connection, and quality of life for older adults. Aging is not simply about adding years to life. It’s about adding life to years.

By supporting older adults, listening to their experiences, and creating communities that value aging, we all benefit.
