Today we're highlighting Frederick Place, an organization committed to providing safe housing, basic needs, and supportive services for individuals and families experiencing homelessness.

With United Way support, housing essentials and operational needs help provide a stable, welcoming environment where individuals and families can begin rebuilding their lives with dignity and hope.

A safe place to stay is often the first step toward a brighter future.

Frederick Place received a special gift today! 

10 year old, Madelyn Cihla, recently, ran a campaign in support of NATH Frederick Place. She made and sold bracelets raising $150!

This morning she delivered a beautiful beaded bracelet and $150 cash to NATH in support of the homeless.

Madelyn embraces the Hodag spirit, is active in sports, a good student, and an incredible philanthropist in the making. Her heart cares BIG about her fellow humans in her community.

This isn’t the first time we’ve been recipients of Madelyn’s generosity. Madelyn has run campaigns in the past, as well as has served meals with her family at Frederick Place.

Gratefulness feels so simple - Madelyn’s desire to be a steadfast leader in her community at such a young age is wildly encouraging. Her mum, Megan, provides those background details (such as transportation) to ensure Madelyn’s goals are fulfilled.
