🎈🪂 Parachute Challenge Fun! 🪂🎈

Yesterday, we had a blast with our Parachute Challenge! We started with six balloons and our first challenge was to work together to keep all six balloons from falling outside of the parachute. 🎈🙌 It took teamwork, communication, and a whole lot of laughs!

For our second challenge, we put all six balloons onto the parachute and tried to get all six balloons off on the very first try! 🎯 Let’s just say… it wasn’t as easy as it sounded! 😂

Our final challenge was one of our favorites! We threw the parachute up above our heads and tried to pull ourselves underneath it to see if we could make it bubble up around us. 🪂✨ Of course, being in chairs made that one a little more challenging—and it definitely didn’t always go according to plan! 😂 But that’s what made it even more fun!

Lots of teamwork, laughter, and smiles all around! ❤️ We may not have mastered every challenge, but we sure had a great time trying! 🎈👏

🚶‍♀️🌿 Thursday Walking Club was back at it again! 🌿🚶‍♂️

We had more walkers than ever yesterday, and it was so wonderful seeing everyone get outside, enjoy the fresh air, and have some fun together! 💪☀️ Our residents really enjoyed their walk, getting some movement in while enjoying great company along the way. ❤️

After we made our way back inside, we kept the fun going with a Parachute Challenge! 🎈🙌 There were lots of laughs, teamwork, and a little friendly competition as everyone worked together to complete the challenges.

What a great way to spend a Thursday! We’re already looking forward to seeing our Walking Club grow even more! 🥰🚶‍♀️🚶‍♂️

Another successful Spin to Win Monday! 🎉🎡

Each of our AM and PM staff members got a chance to spin the wheel and pick out a prize as a little staff appreciation! 💙 We always have so much fun with it, and there’s no better way to kick off a Monday than with some smiles, laughs, and a little excitement!

We appreciate everything our staff does each and every day, and we love finding fun ways to show them how much they’re valued! 🥰✨

🎉 Happy 12-Year Anniversary, Anne Marie! 🎉

Today we’re celebrating an incredible milestone—12 years of Anne Marie being part of the Milestone Senior Living Rhinelander family! ❤️

Throughout all these years, Anne Marie’s dedication, compassion, and genuine care have shined through in everything she does. Her commitment to our residents, her team, and her role as our Resident Care Coordinator does not go unnoticed.

We are so incredibly grateful for the love, hard work, and heart she brings to Milestone every day. Thank you, Anne Marie, for 12 amazing years of dedication and for being such an important part of our Milestone family! 🥰👏

Yesterday we had our All Staff Meeting! 💙✨

We came together to go over important procedures, trainings, upcoming updates, and other important information to help keep our team strong and ensure our residents continue receiving the best care possible. 🏡❤️

We also took some time to recognize our amazing staff members who received “Feather Worthy” recognition for going above and beyond! 🪶👏 It was so wonderful to celebrate the incredible work our team does and the positive impact they make every day.

We’re so thankful for our hardworking staff and everything they do to make Milestone Senior Living a place our residents are proud to call home! 💙🙌

☀️💦 Taking the Fun Outside! ♿️🏁

We took our wheelchair races outside for a little sunshine and an extra splash of fun! Our staff raced through the water while our residents enjoyed watching—and they absolutely loved every minute of it! 😂💦❤️

Nothing better than ending the race with sunshine, laughter, and happy residents! ☀️😊

Georgi took the lead in another wheelchair race, but this time Brandon was there to help! 😉 After Tiffany interfered in their last race, Brandon decided it was time to return the favor and helped Georgi get past Tiffany! 😂🏆

Georgi took on our Executive Director, Brandon, in our wheelchair race—and came out on top! 🎉 Of course, Tiffany, one of our RAs, may have provided a little interference along the way… 😉😂

🏁♿️ Wheelchair Races Are BACK! ♿️🏁

A few months ago, we introduced our residents to wheelchair races, and let’s just say… it was an absolute BALL! 😂 So, we decided it was time to bring them back—and we’re officially making wheelchair races a monthly tradition! 🎉

Our Executive Director, Brandon, jumped right into the action and started off a little too strong! He almost flipped his wheelchair 😳😂 but managed to save himself! Unfortunately, he lost his first race, but that didn’t stop him. Brandon made an impressive comeback and went on to beat several people afterward! 🏆👏

Our Life Engagement Coordinator, Chloe, took the win in the very first race! 🥇 Brandon came out flying at the start, but eventually had a little decline, giving Chloe the opportunity to take the victory! 😂🏁

Before long, our residents were challenging each other, racing against staff, and having the BEST time! We even had members of our kitchen and dietary team join in, including Tiffany and Connie, along with many others who jumped into the fun. ❤️

To finish off the races, we moved the wheelchairs outside to enjoy some sunshine ☀️—and our dietary cook decided to make things even more exciting by spraying staff with water as they raced through! 💦😂 The residents absolutely LOVED watching it all unfold!

It was full of laughter, friendly competition, teamwork, and memories we won’t soon forget. We’re already looking forward to next month’s races! 🏁♿️❤️
