This award recognizes employees with 10 years or less of engineering industry experience who demonstrate leadership, professional engagement, and a commitment to community service. We encourage eligible nominees from all fields—including engineering, marketing, business development, HR, IT, and administration—to apply!

WTS Central Virginia and ACEC Virginia are teaming up with Caring Closet’s Bags 4 Kids program for this year’s Give Thanks Event on November 6!

Join us as we spread holiday cheer by assembling care packages and writing holiday cards for children transitioning into shelters and foster care. Our care bags will include winter essentials, toys, art supplies, and other thoughtful items to bring comfort and joy during this transition.

The ACEC Virginia NextGen Committee recently enjoyed an insightful hard hat tour of the VCU CoStar Center for Arts and Innovation!

A special thank you to Stephen Bortowski, AIA, NCARB, BIM-R with Stratus® for organizing this opportunity, and to Nathan Varble with Glavé & Holmes Architecture and Benjamin Pavlich, P.E., S.E. with Dunbar for leading an engaging and informative tour.

This extraordinary building is truly one of a kind! Designed to bring together the arts and technology, the center will provide innovative spaces for VCU students and the broader community to create, collaborate, and explore new possibilities.

We appreciate everyone who helped make this tour possible and enjoyed learning more about this exciting addition to Richmond.
