✨💖 Dolly-fied and ready to Woot Woot! 💖✨

Today’s Woot Woot Cart brought a little extra sparkle, big hair, rhinestones, boots, denim, and plenty of country glam to our school day! 🤠🎀✨

A huge THANK YOU to our PTO for helping make this special staff Woot Woot Cart happen! We had so much fun celebrating our amazing staff and channeling our inner Dolly. 💕🎶

As Dolly says, “Find out who you are and do it on purpose.” And today, we definitely did it with a little more sparkle! ✨💗

🎤✍️ Celebrating Our Saluda Trail Poets! ✍️🎤

We’re proud to be one of just three Rock Hill middle schools participating in the 2026–2027 Youth Poetry Ambassador Program! 🌟

Congratulations to our student poets:

🏆 Poetry Ambassador — Cameron Jones
Cameron impressed us with her unique voice, thoughtful imagery, and poems exploring honesty, individuality, beauty, and self-expression. She also shared a vision for helping other students discover poetry as a way to connect and express themselves.

🥈 Runner-Up — Liam David
This sixth grader stepped outside his comfort zone and showed off his creativity through several poetic forms, including diamante, sensory poetry, and haiku. He shared how poetry can help people express who they are and inspire others to write.

🥉 Second Runner-Up — Cady Sines
Cady shared her love of poetry and reading through poems about nature, personality, and playful rhyme. She also proposed schoolwide poetry competitions to encourage more students to write and share their work.

We are SO proud of Cameron, Liam, and Cady for sharing their creativity and using their voices! 💙💛✨
