Students have been gearing up for Charlie and the Chocolate Factory Jr. auditions with 2nd and 3rd grade auditioning today. Mr. Rhodes taught some theatric exercises before auditions, and 3rd grade had a little practice dance party at recess to prepare.

The Park had the extreme honor of welcoming and hosting pre-service teachers from Clinton College and Winthrop University this week.  They also had a chance to network with members from The Foundation for Rock Hill School.

Apple Day Fun in Ms. Mobley’s Kindergarten Class!

Ms. Mobley’s kindergarteners had a day full of hands-on learning and fun! Students measured and weighed apples, explored the parts of an apple, practiced math, letters, and numbers, created apple art, and enjoyed some All About Apples writing.

We ended our celebration with a delicious Apple Taco Bar complete with fun toppings. It was a sweet day filled with learning, discovery, creativity, and lots of smiles!
