The Homeowner Services Coordinator plays a vital role in advancing our mission by guiding potential homeowners through the application process and supporting them throughout their homeownership journey. This position helps educate, assist, and empower individuals and families working toward affordable homeownership. Through our Aging in Place program, the Homeowner Services Coordinator will also serve as a primary contact for homeowners seeking safety, accessibility, or energy-efficiency improvements that help them remain in their homes longer.

In honor of Memorial Day, our admin offices and Restore will be closed on Monday, May 25.

We take this time to remember and honor those who gave their lives in service to our country.

Back in April, St. John’s Prep from Danvers, MA, was our first build group of 2026!

They spent their time framing houses at Compass Point and helping with our new Habitat offices. This was their 2nd time building with us, and we were so glad to welcome them back.

Thank you, St. John’s Prep, for showing up, working hard, and helping us build homes, community, and momentum for the year ahead.

Our repair program services may include:
* Handicap Accessibility and Safety Modifications
* Minor and Critical Repairs
* Weatherization
To qualify, you must:
Live in Knox County, own the home you want repaired, have a household income at or below 80% of the Area Median Income
