🌸🌱 UNCC BOTANICAL GARDEN TOUR 🌳🌺

Join our staff for a guided tour of the UNC Charlotte Botanical Gardens located near the campus of UNC Charlotte. Rich with history, the two gardens and greenhouses, Van Landingham Glen Garden & Susie Harwood Garden, will inspire the most seasoned of gardeners. The tour will be led by a docent of the gardens and lasts approximately 1.5 hours.

Boyz N The Good is a dynamic mentoring program designed to empower and uplift young men. Providing a safe and enriching space for personal growth, community involvement, and skills development. The boys engage in activities that build character, including empowerment sessions, hands on learning experiences.

Girlz N The Good is a dynamic mentoring program that gives young ladies the opportunity to express their creativity while gaining practical skills that will serve them in the future. The girls will learn fashion design, gardening, life skills and personal empowerment.

Please stay weather aware and use caution around parks, trails and outdoor recreation areas as severe storms move through the area.

Severe storms moving through the area may produce wind gusts up to 60 mph and quarter-size hail. Strong winds could damage trees and power lines, and minor hail damage to vehicles is possible.

Please use caution, especially when traveling. If a traffic signal is out, treat the intersection as a four-way stop. Come to a complete stop, watch for other vehicles and pedestrians, and proceed carefully.
