Our 2026 Annual Appreciation Picnic was a success! Last month, we recognized and celebrated the hard work and dedication our volunteers and donors put into Transition House and the families we serve. We are so grateful to have the opportunity to recognize all these amazing community partners whose generosity makes our work possible every day. We're looking for someone who is compassionate, organized, and committed to helping families build a path toward stability and self-sufficiency.
