Join us for a HUGE day of fun with 50+ community partners, activity booths, resources, and over 75+ raffles! Complete the passport activity for extra chances to win!

We will have **Arizona Complete Health** on-site to answer eligibility and enrollment questions for tribal members, along with **IHS Health Promotion (Matthew)** leading a healthy discussion. We’ll also have:

- Care support
- Wellness hand out
- Meat raffle (must be present to win)
