WE'VE LAUNCHED . . . The Clay County 175th Anniversary Exhibition is finally OPEN. We had about 15 visitors stop at the museum today. They still had to do a little 'dodging' as we finalized things in the exhibit, but both galleries are officially 'Ready. Set. Go!'

A HUGE shout out to our amazing volunteers and board members Kay, Ann and Rita. These gals were scurrying about dab, dab, dabbing paint in each gallery on every spot that needed a touch up, climbing ladders, washing windows, wrestling pots of prairie grass, and cleaning like mad hatters. Miss Shayla was spit shining the place, manning the laminator, and accessioning items 'on the go' . . . LITERALLY! She's amazing! :)

The Heritage Center is happy to say: "The exhibit is open! Come on in and check it out!" ☺️
