We are proud to have helped start Highland Park’s school pantry by sponsoring it, alongside Community Connections and the JAG crew. The need in our community continues to grow, and this mini market helps ensure students have reliable access to food ❤️💚

The HP Mini Market is finally coming together! This project has been in the works for most of the school year, and we recently held a small soft opening to mark the progress.

Huge thanks to Michelle Brooks with Community Connections and Let’s Help for bringing this opportunity to our school. My students have been working hard with Community Connections on the logistics, from unloading the trucks to making sure every donation actually made it into the space. 📦💪

It’s been a long process getting everything moved in, but it’s great to see all that physical work starting to pay off for our school community.

After decades of serving as a lifeline for neighbors in need, Let’s Help is entering a new chapter, one rooted in both our history and our future.

Through a thoughtful and mission driven transition, Let’s Help will be joining Catholic Charities to strengthen, expand, and sustain the essential services our community depends on. What began years ago in the basement of St. Joseph’s Catholic Church as neighbors helping neighbors will now return to those roots, carried forward with greater resources and long term stability.

While Let’s Help will formally dissolve as a standalone nonprofit, our mission remains unchanged. Services will continue without interruption at 245 SW MacVicar, and clients, volunteers, and partners can expect the same compassionate care and support they have always known.

This decision was made with deep care and commitment to the people we serve, ensuring that this work not only continues, but grows to meet the increasing needs of our community.

We are incredibly grateful to our staff, volunteers, donors, and community partners who have made this mission possible. Because of you, the legacy of Let’s Help will live on, stronger than ever.

Services at Let's Help will continue, officials say.
