Pelvic Health Education Workshop with Dr. Linsey Roth

Join Dr. Linsey Roth, PT, DPT, for a 60-minute educational workshop and Q&A to better understand pelvic health. Topics will include: pregnancy, postpartum, bladder health, and pelvic floor rehab.

Dr. Roth offers specialized treatment for the hips, spine, and pelvic floor. Learn how to identify triggers, modify activities, improve postures, and finally take control of your symptoms.

This will be an IN-PERSON talk at the Topsfield Library.

On Sunday, August 23, The Island Castaways brought a fun evening of Tropical Rock to the Topsfield Town Common. Despite some threatening weather earlier in the day, the band played many good-time tunes from Jimmy Buffett as well as some Yacht Rock and Soft Rock classics to an enthusiastic crowd. This concert was sponsored by the Topsfield Town Library Music Committee and funded by the Gould Trust.

A true American icon and literacy advocate. We will miss you, Dolly 💔

The Library is devastated to learn of the passing of Dolly Parton, not only a talented musician, but also a true titan of children's literacy. Her Imagination Library has received multiple Library of Congress Literacy Awards and, in 2018, Dolly visited us to donate the program’s 100 millionth book to our collection. She even hosted story time. 🦋❤️
