Uvalde High School Graduation Ceremony – Class of 2026
We are thrilled to share one of the most significant days in a young person’s life with our families, friends, and community. Please review the important graduation information below to help ensure a smooth and memorable experience for everyone attending.

🏟️Seating at the Honey Bowl
Guests may choose seating on either the home or visitor side of the stadium. Both sides will be open to provide ample seating and allow families to select the viewing area that best fits their needs.
🎓Commencement Recessional
The graduation ceremony will conclude with a recessional. Guests will not be allowed onto the field following the ceremony. Graduates will be released through the Field House on Sabinal Street. Families are encouraged to plan a designated post-ceremony meeting location ahead of time.
🔒Security Screening
Security procedures will be the same as football games held at the Honey Bowl. All guests should expect to undergo security screening and bag checks upon entry. To help expedite the process, guests are encouraged to bring clear bags or bags no larger than a 1-gallon plastic bag. Large bags and backpacks will not be permitted. Anyone refusing the screening process will not be allowed entry.
🍿Concession Stands
Concession stands will be available on both the home and visitor sides of the stadium with snacks and drinks available for purchase. Outside food will not be permitted.
♿Handicap Parking
Designated handicap parking will be available inside the southwest gate for guests displaying a valid handicap placard. This area provides easier access to the stadium and complies with ADA accessibility guidelines. Guests are encouraged to access the parking area using the route from Oppenheimer to Knox Street.
🚫Prohibited Items
• Weapons (guns, pepper spray, fireworks, etc.)
• Noisemakers (air horns, whistles, rattlers, cowbells, thunder sticks, or any item that could prevent families from hearing graduates’ names being announced)
• Oversized signs and balloons that may obstruct the view of others
• Smoking or use of tobacco/nicotine products, including e-cigarettes, is prohibited under Texas Education Code Section 38.006(b)(1)
