🎶 Just a friendly reminder, our final Concert on the Common is tonight (8/5) from 6:30 - 8 pm. The Better Things are four like-minded alternative/new wave/indie rock and roll lifers based in Newburyport, MA. Get ready to hear covers from bands we all know and love that will be sure to have you moving and grooving. See you there!

🌧 Due to the weather forecast for this Wednesday and Thursday, Concerts on the Common will be rescheduled until next Wednesday, August 5. Same time, same place! Grab your chairs or blankets for our last event of the summer and get ready to sing and dance along with The Better Things. See you next week!

😎 Save the Date! Police Beach Day was originally scheduled for tomorrow (7/29) but due to weather, it is rescheduled to next Wednesday, August 5. We hope to see you there! 🍔🌭

On Monday, July 13, SMILE Mass delivered the new Floating Beach Wheelchair to Town Beach at Silver Lake. We would once again like to thank Susanne Clarkin, a member of the Commission on Disabilities, who informed us of this grant and helped us write our submission. We appreciate those who came out for the ceremony. If you were unable to attend, please check out the footage provided by WCTV: Wilmington Community Television and Wilmington Apple of this exciting milestone. Thank you again to SMILE Mass for creating summer beach memories for the entire community.

Wilmington was 1 of 5 communities to receive the grant.
