🚑 Ambulance Service Update for Hellam Township 🚑

Hellam Township’s current ambulance contract with PennState Life Lion LLC will expire on June 30th.

After reviewing proposals, the Township has selected Community Life Team Inc. as the new provider, with services beginning July 1st.

🌩️ ⚠️ Weather Alert for Hellam Township ⚠️

The forecast for today calls for severe storms…

Luckily, this Storm brings comfort instead of rain.

Today is the first day for Storm, our new therapy dog working alongside SRO Steele-Martin. Storm will be rotating between Kreutz Creek Elementary and Wrightsville Elementary, spreading smiles, tail wags, and a little extra support to students and staff.

This is one Storm we’re very happy to see roll into town. 🐾

The NOAA NWS Storm Prediction Center has placed south central Pennsylvania in an Enhanced Risk (Level 3 out of 5) for Monday March 16th.

Pennsylvania averages only 5 to 6 Enhanced Risk days per year.

Damaging straight line wind gusts are the primary threat, but a few tornadoes are possible as well.
