Safety Week has officially kicked off at the Clarence Regional Aquatic Centre, and our pools are full of colourful pyjamas! 🌙✨

Check out these awesome swimmers rocking their PJs during their lesson with Kath today! 🏊‍♂️👕 While swimming in everyday clothes is lots of fun, it teaches an invaluable lifesaving skill. Experiencing how heavy wet fabric feels in the water helps children build muscle memory, essential survival skills, and the confidence to stay calm in real-life emergency scenarios.

If your swimmer has lessons coming up this week, here is what to remember:
• What to Wear: Pack pyjamas OR a long-sleeved shirt, long pants, and socks to wear over their regular swimwear or swim nappies.
• Programmes Included: Safety Week runs across all classes, including Water Confidence, Learn to Swim, Stroke Development, Mini Squad, and Senior Squads.
• Rest Up When Unwell: If your little one is feeling under the weather, please keep them home to rest and recover so we keep our whole swimming community healthy.

Need to check your lesson time or account details? You can review schedules and manage swim school fees anytime on the Client Portal:

It has been so wonderful seeing all our swimmers and families back in the water making a splash this term! 🏊‍♀️✨

As we settle into the rhythm of the term, we wanted to share a few friendly tips to help make your swim school visits as smooth and enjoyable as possible:

• Did you know you can manage fees online?
Now that we are underway, you can easily review your swim school bookings, check class schedules, and pay fees online anytime through our Client Portal:
https://clarenceaquatic.perfectgym.com.au/clientportal2/ #/Login

• Setting your swimmer up for a great lesson:
Arriving 5 to 10 minutes early gives your child time to use the bathroom, get settled, and be marked off on the attendance roll before heading to pool deck. A calm, unhurried start helps kids feel relaxed, confident, and ready to dive right in!

• Resting up when feeling under the weather:
If your little one is feeling unwell or showing symptoms of a cold, please keep them home to rest up. Taking a break to recover keeps our whole swimming community healthy and ensures your swimmer is back at 100% for their next splash.

Just looking to squeeze in some casual laps? Check lane availability anytime on our Zone Availability Calendar:
