ATHLETE 365 WORKSHOP-FRANCISTOWN

The Botswana National Olympic Committee (BNOC) is currently hosting the Athlete 365 Career + Workshop in Francistown, with 25 athletes from different sporting codes taking part. The workshop is a two-day programme aimed at helping athletes develop skills that will benefit them both during and after their sporting careers.

Today's session focuses on self-discovery. Athletes are learning more about themselves, including their strengths, values, interests, and future goals. The session encourages them to think about who they are beyond sport and how they can prepare for life after competition.

Through group discussions and activities, participants are gaining valuable insights that will help them make informed decisions about their personal and professional futures. The workshop is part of BNOC's ongoing efforts to support athlete growth, well-being, and career development
