The Cranbrook RCMP is pleased to confirm that the 14-year-old reported missing on May 30th, 2026 has been located and she is safe.

Cranbrook RCMP Request public avoid area of Kinsmen Park & St. Maryโ€™s School

The Cranbrook RCMP is currently on scene at the area of Victoria Ave S near Kinsmen Park through to the St. Maryโ€™s Catholic School area on 5th St S and is requesting the public avoid the area at this time. Foot traffic is currently being blocked.

As the weather gets nicer, we are seeing more people out enjoying bikes, eโ€‘bikes, and other small electric vehicles.

But remember not all vehicles are treated the same under the Motor Vehicle Act.

Before you ride, take a moment to know the rules: where you can ride, age limits, speed limits, and whether licensing or insurance is required.

Some vehicles that look similar are not legal on public roads, sidewalks, or bike lanes.
