For Member-specific inquiries, please contact our PEPP Customer Service Team by phone at 306-787-5442 or 1-877-275--7377 (from Monday to Friday, 8 a.m. Questions will be monitored daily Monday to Friday from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, excluding stat holidays. Protecting your online accounts, along with your PEPP member account, starts with a few steps:
- use strong and unique passwords that are hard to guess
- turn on multi-factor authentication (MFA) to add an added level of security if someone guesses your password

This October, we're raising awareness for Cyber Security!
Cyber Security Month is an initiative led by the Government of Canada (Get Cyber Safe) to help Canadians learn how to stay safe online.

Throughout the month, we'll be sharing some tips and tricks that will help you protect your devices and information.

Tip #1 - recognize cyber threats:
When browsing online, be sure to look out for suspicious messages or links, often known as 'phishing'.
Some phishing red flags include: urgent messaging, requests for sensitive information, unexpected emails, and suspicious attachments.
