The Sunshine Coast RCMP are looking for any information on the whereabouts of Quinn Quigley, a Halfmoon Bay resident. Quinn is 15 years old and has been missing since August 29, 2026, last seen near Sechelt Hospital. He is described as Caucasian with a slim build, brown hair, 5’7”, blue eyes last seen wearing black baggy jeans and a brown hoodie.

Have you seen this stolen Acura? Sunshine Coast RCMP are requesting the public’s assistance in locating a grey 1997 Acura RL sedan that was stolen from a parking lot at 5758 Wharf Avenue in Sechelt. On July 20,2026 a cyclist was struck by a white pick up truck while they were both traveling west toward Sechelt from Robert’s Creek. The collision happened at approximately 2:30 pm in the 1800 block of Sunshine Coast Highway between Leek Road and Highland Road. The driver remained on scene and met with police, the cyclist was airlifted to a LMD hospital.
The RCMP are looking to speak to anyone who witnessed the collision, who may have dash cam footage and has not already spoken with police to call 604-885-2266. File 2026-5541 relates.
