25 years of shaping leaders for Fiji, and today we honour the voices that carried us through even the quietest seasons.

During our 20th anniversary, COVID-19 meant no big gatherings, no fanfare and no stage lights. But our Alumni still showed up with heart. They shared reflections that captured the essence of Leadership Fiji: growth, courage, connection and service.

Many of these Alumni have since moved on to new opportunities and new callings.

Isn’t it powerful that we captured their reflections back then? Here is a snapshot of who they were at the time, and their reflections of the impact that Leadership Fiji had on them.

As we celebrate our 25th anniversary, we bring their words back to the fore. Their journeys continue, and so does ours.

That’s a Wrap! Leadership Fiji 2026 Closing Retreat

Over the past three days, we have been challenged, inspired, encouraged, and empowered to become better leaders for our organizations, communities, and our nation.

Our final day was an opportunity to reflect on the lessons learned, celebrate the journey we have shared, and reaffirm the commitments we will carry forward beyond this retreat.

The Leadership Fiji 2026 Closing Retreat may have come to an end, but the friendships formed, the conversations shared, and the commitments made are only the beginning.

Thank you to everyone who made this experience memorable and meaningful. We leave not just as participants, but as a network of leaders committed to creating positive change in Fiji.

The retreat ends today, but the leadership journey continues.

Day 2 of our Leadership Fiji 2026 Closing Retreat was a reminder that leadership is built not only through knowledge and strategy, but also through connection, culture, and shared experiences.

Through engaging discussions, laughter, storytelling, and reflection, our LF2026 Cohort continued to learn from one another while strengthening the bonds that have been formed throughout this journey.

A special thank you to our Resident Leader Theresa Levestam (ELP2024), Chief Executive - Civil Aviation Authority Fiji for guiding and supporting us during the retreat, creating the space for honest conversations, learning, and growth. Your commitment to developing leaders and fostering meaningful connections has made a lasting impact on our cohort.

As we prepare for our final day together, we carry forward new insights, stronger relationships, and a renewed commitment to leadership in service of Fiji.

Day 2 of our Leadership Fiji 2026 Closing Retreat at Uprising Resort began with an engaging talanoa session with Theresa Levestam (ELP2024), Chief Executive of the Civil Aviation Authority Fiji. Through her leadership journey, she shared valuable insights on purpose, resilience, and the motivations that drive effective leadership.

Her experiences and perspectives challenged us to reflect on our own leadership paths and the impact we aspire to make within our organisations, communities, and Fiji.

A meaningful start to another day of learning, reflection, and growth for our LF2026 Cohort.
