📢 PUBLIC NOTICE | ASYCUDAWorld User Login

The Namibia Revenue Agency (NamRA) informs all Clearing Agents and ASYCUDAWorld users that user login credentials will now be linked to employees’ Taxpayer Identification Numbers (TINs).

📅 Registration period: 14 September 2026 – 1 January 2027

Clearing Agents and ASYCUDAWorld users are urged to submit the required employee details and documentation within the stipulated period to ensure uninterrupted access to the ASYCUDAWorld System.

📢 PUBLIC NOTICE

NamRA wishes to inform all Clearing Agents that following the upgrade of the ASYCUDAWorld System, supporting documents can now be attached to SAD500 declarations after assessment.

Clearing Agents can use the “Update Scan Docs” function to add omitted or corrected scanned documents, including commercial invoices and other relevant supporting documentation.
