** Institute of Foreign Affairs (IFA) signs MoU with the Policy Research Institute (PRI) **
On September 10, the Institute of Foreign Affairs (IFA) and the Policy Research Institute (PRI) signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) affirming institutional collaboration in areas of mutual interests. The MoU enables us to jointly engage in research and publications, exchange of expertise and resources, workshops and seminars, and multilateral collaboration with other academic bodies and policy institutions.
On the occasion, executives of both think tanks also discussed and outline to conduct joint studies on the mainstream think tanks in South Asia and China, explore the bottlenecks of trade facilitation and other potential areas in which both institutions can collaborate.
Mr Rajesh Shrestha, Executive Director; Dr Rupak Sapkota, Deputy Executive Director; Mr Madhavji Shrestha, Senior Resource Person; and Mr Sanuraj Puri, Information Officer were present on the occasion from the IFA.
Similarly, the PRI was represented by Dr Bishnu Raj Upreti, Executive Chairperson along with Dr Deepak Kumar Khadka, Head of Research Department; Mr Purushottam Tiwari, Office Manager; Dr Mukunda Kattel, Head of Information and Knowledge Management Department; and Dr Anuj Tiwari, Associate Research Fellow (National Interest, Foreign Policy and Strategic Affairs).
