Please be informed that work at the HSAC Central Office and RABs NCR, CAR, I, III, IV-A, and IV-B is suspended today, 6 August 2026 (Thursday), pursuant to the Office of the President Memorandum Circular No. 122, s. 2026, suspending work in government offices in view of the continued heavy rainfall due to Tropical Storm Maymay and the Southwest Monsoon.

Unless otherwise announced, a skeleton workforce operation will resume on 7 August 2026 (Friday).

RAB-CAR successfully conducted its 2026 Mid-Year Assessment entitled "Mid-Year Calibration: Assessment and Fostering Growth" on July 29–30, 2026 in Baguio City.

The two-day activity provided an opportunity to review the agency's accomplishments for the first half of the year, assess progress, and align plans with organizational goals.

Discussions included the Risk and Opportunities Assessment Registry (ROAR), re-echo sessions of recent trainings, presentation of accomplishments per division, review of agreements from the 2025 Year-End Assessment, and other matters that support the agency's continuous improvement.

Through collaboration and shared learning, RAB-CAR remains committed to strengthening its services and fostering a culture of growth and excellence.

RAB-CAR JOINS THE 39th CORDILLERA MONTH CELEBRATION

The Human Settlements Adjudication Commission – Regional Adjudication Branch Cordillera Administrative Region (HSAC RAB-CAR) proudly participated in the 39th Cordillera Day Parade on 15 July 2026 in La Trinidad, Benguet.

HSAC RAB-CAR personnel marched alongside representatives from National Government Agencies, Local Government Units, the Private Sector, Non-Government Organizations, Academic Institutions, and various delegations. The parade fostered camaraderie, strengthened teamwork, and celebrated the shared commitment of stakeholders toward the progress of the Cordillera Region.

Anchored on the theme, “Smart Cordillera: Enabling Local Enterprises through Digital Transformation and Accelerated Regional Autonomy,” this year's celebration underscored the region's commitment to empowering local enterprises through innovation, digital transformation, and the continued pursuit of meaningful regional autonomy.

Observed every 15 July, Cordillera Day commemorates the creation of the Cordillera Administrative Region (CAR) through Executive Order No. 220, signed on 15 July 1987. The annual celebration serves as a reminder of the region's rich cultural heritage, unity, and collective aspirations for inclusive and sustainable development.

39TH CORDILLERA MONTH EXECUTIVE FASHION WALK

HSAC RAB CAR Chief Regional Adjudicator (CRA) Atty. Ligaya G. Liclican-Haban, together with Executives from National Government Agencies, Local Government Units, and partner institutions, participated in the Executive Fashion Walk, “Kordilyera: Threads of Innovation” Textile Fashion Show on July 14, 2026.

The vibrant fashion show highlighted the beauty and craftsmanship of Cordillera woven textiles, promoting their use in support of the region's weaving industry and local artisans.

The event forms part of the continuing celebration of the 39th Cordillera Month, with the theme: “Smart Cordillera: Enabling Local Enterprises through Digital Transformation and Accelerated Regional Autonomy,” emphasizing innovation, cultural preservation, and sustainable economic development across the region.

2nd Quarter Nationwide Simultaneous Earthquake Drill

The Human Settlements Adjudication Commission Regional Adjudication Branch – Cordillera Administrative Region joined the 2nd Quarter Nationwide Simultaneous Earthquake Drill (NSED) today, June 18, 2026.

The activity aims to strengthen emergency preparedness by familiarizing employees with proper safety protocols, evacuation procedures, and appropriate responses during an earthquake.
