محکمہ توانائی وبرقیات خیبرپختونخوانے صوبائی حکومت کے احکامات کی روشنی میں سرکاری اداروں کے انتظامی امورمیں شفافیت لانے اورعوامی مسائل کے فوری حل کیGood Governance Road Mapکی جاری پالیسی کے تحت چھٹی آن لائن (براہ راست )ای کھلی کچہری کا انعقادکیاجس میں عوام الناس نے بڑھ چڑھ کرحصہ لیتے ہوئے اپنے مسائل پیش کئے جن کے فوری حل کے لئے موقع پرہدایات جاری کی گئیں۔ سیکرٹری توانائی وبرقیات نثاراحمدکی زیرصدارت براہ راست ای کھلی کچہری میں محکمے کے جملہ افسران سمیت محکمے کے ذیلی اداروں ُP**O،KPآئل اینڈ گیس کمپنی،الیکٹرک انسپکٹریٹ اورKPٹرانسمیشن اینڈگرڈسسٹم کمپنی کے سربراہان اورپراجیکٹ ڈائریکٹرز نے شرکت کی ۔E کچہری میں صوبے کے مختلف اضلاع سے مجموعی طورپر 55شکایت کنندگان نے ٹیلی فون کالز اورفیس بک آفیشل پیج کے ذریعے براہ راست محکمہ توانائی وبرقیات اوراسکے تمام ذیلی اداروں سے جڑے توانائی منصوبوں سے متعلق درپیش مسائل پرکھل کرگفتگو کی اور حکام بالاکوآگاہ کیا ۔اس موقع پرعوام الناس کی طرف سے صوبائی حکومت کے ای کھلی کچہری کے انعقادکوشفافیت اورمیرٹ کا ایک انقلابی اقدام قراردیاگیا۔سیکرٹری توانائی نے کھلی کچہری کے دوران بعض علاقوں میں جاری منی مائیکروہائیڈل سٹیشنز کی تعمیر میں سست روی اورمعیاری تعمیرنہ ہونے کی عوامی شکایات پرسخت برہمی کا اظہارکرتے ہوئے متعلقہ پراجیکٹ ڈائریکٹرکووارننگ دیتے ہوئے کہا کہ عوامی مسائل کے حل میں ہم سب جوابدہ ہیں اوراس سلسلے میں کوتاہی برتنے پرسزاوجزاپرکارروائی ہوگی ۔انہوں نے پیڈوکے مختلف جاری پراجیکٹس میں مقامی افراد کوترجیحی بنیادوں پر بھرتی کرنے پر بھی زوردیا۔ 2گھنٹوں کے دورانئے پرمشتمل Eکچہری کے آخرمیں سیکرٹری توانائی وبرقیات نثاراحمد نے عوام الناس کویقین دلایاکہ موجودہ حکومت کی عوام دوست پالیسی کے تحت عوامی مسائل کو کھلی کچہری کے ذریعے موقع پر حل کرنے کی کوشش کی جارہی ہے۔ انہوں نے محکمے کے تمام افسران کو ای کھلی کچہری میں پیش کئے گئے عوامی مسائل کوسنجیدگی سے حل کرنے پر زوردیا اورہدایت کی کہ مسائل کے حل پر عملدرآمد کی رپورٹ جلدازجلدپیس کی جائے کیونکہ عوام الناس حکومتی اقدامات کو میرٹ وشفافیت سے مانیٹرکررہے ہیں ۔

In the light of the orders of provincial government, the Energy and Power Department Khyber Pakhtunkhwa organized the sixth online (live) e-khuli kachehri under the ongoing policy of Good Governance Road Map to bring transparency in the administrative affairs of government institutions and to resolve public issues promptly.
In this context, the public actively participated and presented their issues, for which instructions were issued on the spot for their immediate resolution. The kachehri was chaired by Secretary Energy & Power Nisar Ahmed while Senior officers and all heads of attached attended formations I.e. P**O, KP Oil and Gas Company, Electric Inspectorate and KP Transmission and Grid System Company as well as project directors also attended the function.
Meanwhile, a total 55 complainants from different districts of the province openly discussed the issues related to energy projects related to the department and all its subsidiaries through telephone calls and the official page and informed the authorities.
On this occasion, the public called the holding of e-kachehri by the provincial government a revolutionary step of transparency and merit. Moreover, during the kachehri, the Secretary Energy Nisar Ahmad expressed strong anger over the public complaints about the slow pace and non-standard construction of mini-micro-hydel stations in some areas and warned the concerned project director that we all have a role in solving public problems. He added that we are all accountable to the public and strict action will be taken against any negligence in this regard.
Nisar Ahmad also stressed on the preferential recruitment of local people in various ongoing projects of P**O. At the end of the 2-hour e-kachehri, Secretary Energy & Power Nisar Ahmed assured the public that under the people-friendly policy of the current government, efforts are being made to resolve public issues on the spot through the open court.
However, the Secretary also urged all the officers of the department to resolve the public issues presented in the e-kachehri seriously and directed that the implementation report on the resolution of the issues be submitted as soon as possible because the public is monitoring the government measures with merit and transparency.

وزیراعلیٰ خیبرپختونخوا سہیل آفریدی کی زیر صدارت محکمہ توانائی و برقیات کے جاری منصوبوں اور اہم امور سے متعلق اجلاس

خیبرپختونخوا کی ہائیڈل بجلی، تیل، گیس اور ایل پی جی کے وسائل ملکی ضروریات کا اہم حصہ پورا کر رہے ہیں، سہیل آفریدی

خیبرپختونخوا ملک کی مجموعی ہائیڈل بجلی پیداوار کا 70 فیصد سے زائد نیشنل گرڈ کو فراہم کر رہا ہے، وزیراعلیٰ

صوبائی ٹرانسمیشن لائن نہ ہونے کے باعث خیبرپختونخوا اپنی پیدا کردہ بجلی وفاق کو فروخت کرنے پر مجبور ہے، سہیل آفریدی

دوسری طرف اے جی این کازی فارمولے کے تحت وفاق کے ذمے این ایچ پی کے بقایاجات 2300 ارب سے تجاوز کر چکے ہیں، وزیراعلیٰ

پہلے عبوری انتظام کے تحت باقاعدہ این ایچ پی کی مد میں بھی وفاق کے ذمے 78 ارب روپے سے زائد بقایاجات ہیں، بریفنگ

ملک کی 70 فیصد سے زائد ہائیڈل بجلی پیدا کرنے کے باوجود این ایچ پی کی مد میں پنجاب کو خیبرپختونخوا سے زیادہ رقوم مل رہی ہیں، بریفنگ

گزشتہ تین سال میں خیبرپختونخوا کو این ایچ پی کی مد میں 87.7 ارب روپے ملے، جبکہ پنجاب کو 160.8 ارب روپے، بریفنگ

این ایچ پی کی ادائیگی میں تاخیر اور عدم تناسب سے خیبرپختونخوا کی مالی صورتحال متاثر ہو رہی ہے، سہیل آفریدی

خیبرپختونخوا بجلی کی قابل اعتماد ترسیل اور صنعتی ضروریات کے لیے صوبائی ٹرانسمیشن و گرڈ نظام قائم کر رہا ہے، بریفنگ

وزیراعلیٰ کی صوبائی ٹرانسمیشن لائن کا منصوبہ سرمایہ کار کانفرنس میں پیش کرنے کی ہدایت،

صوبائی ٹرانسمیشن لائن کا منصوبہ انتہائی منافع بخش ہے، متعدد ممالک اس میں سرمایہ کاری کرنا چاہتے ہیں، سہیل آفریدی

قدرتی وسائل اور توانائی کی پیداوار کے باوجود خیبرپختونخوا کے عوام کو ان کے وسائل کا فائدہ نہ ملنا آئین کی خلاف ورزی ہے، وزیراعلیٰ

خیبرپختونخوا یومیہ 530 ایم ایم سی ایف ڈی قدرتی گیس پیدا کر رہا ہے جبکہ صوبے کی کھپت 200 ایم ایم سی ایف ڈی ہے، بریفنگ

آئین کے آرٹیکل 158 کے تحت گیس پیدا کرنے والے صوبے کو اپنی ضروریات پوری کرنے میں ترجیح حاصل ہے، وزیراعلی

خیبرپختونخوا یومیہ 850 ٹن ایل پی جی پیدا کر رہا ہے جبکہ صوبے کی یومیہ کھپت 600 ٹن ہے، بریفنگ

خیبرپختونخوا ملکی خام تیل کا 48 فیصد اور ایل پی جی کا 38 فیصد فراہم کرتا ہے، بریفنگ

اپنے وسائل کے باوجود خیبرپختونخوا کے عوام کو جائز فائدہ نہ ملنا آئینی حقوق کی خلاف ورزی ہے، وزیراعلیٰ

صوبے کے حقوق کے تحفظ کے لیے وفاقی حکومت کے ساتھ مضبوط اور باضابطہ طور پر معاملہ اٹھایا جائے، وزیراعلیٰ

وزیر اعلی کی وفاقی حکومت سے ریلیف نہ ملنے کی صورت میں خیبرپختونخوا کے حقوق کے لیے عدالتوں سے رجوع کرنے کی ہدایت
