The Embassy of Peru 🇵🇪 took part in an Ambassadors’ briefing organized by the International Telecommunication Union (ITU), focusing on current trends and challenges in connectivity, innovation, and digital transformation.

The session was led by Dr. Cosmas Luckyson Zavazava, Director of the ITU Telecommunication Development Bureau, and provided an opportunity to exchange views on the role of international cooperation in advancing inclusive digital development. 🌐📡

🇵🇪 สถานเอกอัครราชทูตเปรูเข้าร่วมการบรรยายสำหรับเอกอัครราชทูต ซึ่งจัดโดยสหภาพโทรคมนาคมระหว่างประเทศ (ITU) โดยมุ่งเน้นประเด็นแนวโน้มและความท้าทายในด้านการเชื่อมต่อ นวัตกรรม และการเปลี่ยนผ่านสู่ดิจิทัล

On July 11, the Embassy of Peru, in collaboration with the Bangkok Art and Culture Centre (BACC), hosted the workshop “Paint Your Own Torito de Pucará”. 🇵🇪🎨🖌️

This event aimed to promote Peruvian culture through the painting of the Bulls of Pucará, a traditional folk art and a symbol of good fortune in Peru. 🐂

We would like to express our gratitude to the BACC for providing the venue for this workshop and the exhibition of the Torito de Pucará sculptures.

We also extend our sincere thanks to all participants for their enthusiastic interest in this event.

เมื่อวันที่ 11 กรกฎาคม 2569 สถานเอกอัคราชทูตเปรูประจำประเทศไทยร่วมกับหอศิลปวัฒนธรรมแห่งกรุงเทพมหานคร ได้จัดกิจกรรม “ระบายสี Torito de Pucará ในแบบของคุณ” 🇵🇪🎨🖌️

กิจกรรมดังกล่าวถือเป็นการเผยแพร่วัฒนธรรมของประเทศเปรูผ่านการระบายสีกระทิงแห่งปูการา ซึ่งเป็นงานศิลปะพื้นเมืองและสัญลักษณ์แห่งความโชคดีของประเทศเปรู

ขอขอบคุณหอศิลปวัฒนธรรมแห่งกรุงเทพมหานครที่เอื้ออำนวยพื้นที่จัดกิจกรรมและจัดแสดงรูปปั้นกระทิงแห่งปูการา รวมถึงขอขอบคุณผู้เข้าร่วมทุกท่านที่ให้ความสนใจในกิจกรรมนี้

🇵🇪 Peru at ABAC 3/2026

From July 6 to 9, Bangkok hosted the third meeting of the APEC Business Advisory Council – ABAC 3/2026, with the participation of Peru’s ABAC representatives and delegates from ComexPerú.

The Embassy of Peru in Thailand attended the “BCG & Beyond: Building Resilient, Sustainable Businesses in Asia-Pacific” seminar held as part of the meeting.

During the seminar, Peruvian entrepreneur Hernán Asto, founder and CEO of Alinti, joined the panel “BCG in Action – Stories from the Frontlines,” where he presented the company’s experience in developing renewable energy solutions through biotechnology.

Julia Torreblanca, Chair of the ABAC Sustainability Working Group, also took part in the seminar’s closing session.
