Republican Rep. Ryan Mackenzie (PA) has a history of not telling the truth. In 2020, he reportedly told a woman on Tinder that he was 29, even though he was actually 37. He denied voting for an ab*rtion ban without r*pe and inc*st exceptions, but he did. He also tried to deny that Biden won Pennsylvania in 2020. And when the truth came to light, his staff appeared to try to wipe it from Wikipedia.

Mackenzie’s state representative campaign told Patch.com in 2012 that he had ‘private sector experience as a real estate salesperson.’ But he let his real-estate license expire in 2008, and his campaign has not said whether he ever made a single sale.

‘The truth is that Mackenzie is a career politician who has seemingly never worked a day in his life outside of politics and straight up does not understand the challenges that working Pennsylvanians are facing,’ DCCC spokesperson Eli Cousin said in a statement.

Now he is fighting to keep his seat in Pennsylvania after winning by just one point in 2024. He has called his opponent, Democrat Bob Brooks, a ‘fraud,’ ‘conman,’ ‘lobbyist,’ and ‘dumpster-fire candidate,’ but the call may be coming from inside the house.
