This is a KEY decision related to the elections that was just handed down. It is stayed for 2 days to give the administration a chance to appeal, which is likely to happen. Essentially, the administration is barred from conducting sweeps challenging the citizenship of voters in several key states. The administration cannot interfere with a voter voting in any way unless they are absolutely certain, not just suspect or even guess, that the voter is not a U.S. citizen.

Please share this with any individuals or groups who may be interested in this injunction as I cannot. ONCE AGAIN I am in Facebook Spammer jail.

The ruling largely blocked homeland security agents from carrying out field interviews in nine states, including California, as part of a sprawling effort to find noncitizens registered to vote.

We have a real chance to have PA Democrats in charge of the house, senate, and governor in Harrisburg for the first time in a long time. Let’s make it happen!

What does a Democratic trifecta mean for Pennsylvania? 👇

✅ Raising the minimum wage
✅ Investing more in public schools
✅ Protecting our fundamental freedoms
✅ Making life more affordable for working families...
..and so much more. Make a plan to vote Democrat on Nov 3.

Folks in our community have known him as "No Show Joe." Case and point, the Greater Lehigh Valley Chamber of Commerce reached out to our campaign and Joe's campaign for a debate - to talk about and discuss our philosophies and ideas on issues important to working folks in our community. We were ready to go. Joe said no. He refused to debate the issues.
