A room full of leaders. A day full of learning.

Today, superintendents, school business managers, and county auditors have come together to prepare for the year ahead. While everyone shares the same commitment to supporting North Dakota schools, each group brings a unique perspective—and today provides opportunities to learn both together and within role-specific sessions.

There's something powerful about a room filled with people who are investing in their leadership and strengthening the work happening in schools across our state.

We're glad you're here. Here's to a great day of learning, collaboration, and connection!

North Dakota is well represented in Orlando at the NAESP Conference!

One of the conference opportunities includes participating in a playground build project. Kudos to those who rolled up their sleeves and worked hard to help complete the build. Your willingness to serve, collaborate, and lead by example reflects the very best of educational leadership.

We can't wait to see the ideas, energy, and inspiration you bring back to North Dakota!
