June is Men’s Health Month, a time to check in and prioritize your health. In ND, men live an average of 7.8 years less than women and are more likely to delay preventive care and behavioral health support.

Your physical and mental health matter. Whether it’s scheduling a checkup, being more active, improving sleep or managing stress, small steps can make a big difference.

This month, take time to focus on prevention, healthy habits and the people who depend on you.

In this episode, Becky sits down with nurses and Women’s Way Coordinators Kjersti Hintz and Jade Gross to talk about the “default caregiver” role, the mental load many women carry, and why even small moments of self-care matter more than we realize.
