Big Brothers Big Sisters of Eastern Massachusetts Our match support team helps develop positive relationships that have a direct and lasting effect on the lives of young people.

For more than 75 years, Big Brothers Big Sisters of Eastern Massachusetts (BBBSEM) has worked to ensure that every child has the support from caring adults that they need for healthy development and success in life. Our trained, professional staff make meaningful, monitored matches bewteen adults ("Bigs") and youth ("Littles") between the ages of 7 & 12 who have common interests.

This past week, a couple of our matches set sail in the beautiful New Bedford waters thanks to our wonderful partners at the Community Boating Center. It was a day of new experiences, confidence-building, and fun - and a great reminder of the power of mentorship to create lasting memories.
