This Friday, Carder will host their annual Halloween parade. 🎃
Pre-K through Grade 5 will form a parade line at approximately 1:30 and will march down State St., turn around at 4th St. and then proceed back up to return to the school. Children will be dismissed at regular time.
Remember parents:
1) We encourage costumes that relate to a book character if you have a favorite!
2) Please no toy "weapons" of any kind, including plastic, cardboard, wood. Let's keep it safe and friendly on school grounds.
3) Costumes should be comfortable and safe for walking.
4) No make-up/masks to school in the morning. We STRONGLY SUGGEST that make-up is not apart of your child's costume for this event. They can show off their full gear this weekend...
5) Parts and pieces? Send everything in a bag labeled with your child's name!
This is a fun tradition and parents are invited to park and line up State Street to enjoy the festivities, too!
