The Colorado Work-Integrated Learning (CO-WIL) pilot aims to connect students to good-paying jobs in the state bringing real-world, hands-on learning experiences to college and university classrooms.

The institutions selected for the CO-WIL pilot program are Adams State University, Colorado Northwestern Community College, Colorado Mountain College, Fort Lewis College and Lamar Community College. Project-embedded courses are starting this fall.

The Career Launch grant program is accepting applications until September 14!

This grant provides tuition support to students, reducing financial barriers to student success via matching funds for community scholarships. For fiscal year 2026-2027, the Career Launch grant will leverage $1.5 million in state funds to generate $3 million in new scholarship funds. Non-profit organizations and their partners are invited to apply.

The Colorado Commission on Higher Education is seeking community feedback on proposed revisions to two policies covering Statewide Transfer and GT Pathways, and Prior Learning Assessment. The deadline to submit a comment is August 23, 2026.

We are excited to announce that the Colorado Department of Higher Education has received a grant from the SIPA GovGrants program!

Thanks to the Colorado Statewide Internet Portal Authority, this funding will enable us to administer the Financial Aid Completion Tool, allowing teachers, counselors, administrators, as well as IHE professionals to track individual student progress on financial aid applications.

The Colorado Open Educational Resources Grant program funds the adoption and development of freely available teaching materials. The program has saved students more than $75 million and transformed more than 2,200 courses.
