Tomorrow is the last day of our 30-day Public Comment Period.

We are conducting this public review and comment period to receive your input for the Amended RMS 2050 Metropolitan Transportation Plan (MTP), Transportation Conformity Report and the RMS 2025-2028 Transportation Improvement Program (TIP).

Projects listed in the MTP are planned through the year 2050 and TIP projects are expected to be implemented within Fiscal Years 2025-2028. Electronic versions of all documents are available for viewing at the EPMPO website.

The El Paso MPO is conducting a public review and comment period for the Amended RMS 2050 Metropolitan Transportation Plan. The proposed amendments to the RMS 2050 MTP will require a new conformity determination.

The purpose of the Transportation Conformity Report is to determine if the Amended RMS 2050 MTP are consistent with projected CO, PM10, VOC and NOx (Ozone) emission requirements.
