Room 1 enjoyed an impromptu field trip to our local fire station last week! The children had so much fun exploring the fire trucks, sitting in the driver's seats, and learning about the important work firefighters do to keep our community safe.

Room 1 had an exciting Splash Day filled with smiles, laughter, and lots of water play! The children had so much fun splashing, pouring, squirting, and exploring different water activities with their friends.

Water play is a wonderful way for children to develop coordination, sensory awareness, and social skills while keeping cool on a warm day. There were plenty of happy faces as the children enjoyed getting wet and making special memories together.

πŸ‰ Room 3 had a great time tasting watermelon last week ! πŸ‰

Before we cut it open, we asked the children to predict what color it would be inside. One child was quick to answer, "Red!" while others said, "I don't know," and one child guessed, "Green!"

The children enjoyed exploring the watermelon with their senses, describing it as juicy, cold, and very wet. Tasting activities like this help encourage curiosity, language development, and trying new foods while having fun with friends! 😊
