π¨ Heads up! π¨ Interact Children's Museum is still accepting applications for a Part-Time Project Manager! π
We are seeking a motivated and highly organized individual to support our board with a variety of ongoing projects and initiatives. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys a dynamic role and wants to make a meaningful impact within a growing organization.
π¨ Key Responsibilities:
β’ Monitoring and reporting on building/project progress, including timeline and budget
β’ Meeting with contractors and subcontractors
β’ Managing communications and email correspondence as it relates to the project
β’ Serving as the primary point of contact between internal teams (Board and committees) and external partners (vendors)
β’ Facilitating the shift from construction logistics to onsite facility usage and visitor services protocols
β’ Coordinating occasional events relating to the project
β’ Providing general support to the board as needs arise
π«ΆπΌ Ideally, the Project Manager would be able to perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned to support evolving organizational needs during the transition from a mobile museum to a brick-and-mortar facility.
π‘ Skills & Qualifications:
β’ Proactive, detail-oriented, and dependable
β’ Ability to manage multiple task streams independently
β’ Strong communication and organizational skills
β’ Experience in project management, property oversight, or administrative support preferred
β° Expectations:
This is a flexible, part-time position (up to 15 hours per week) with hours that may vary based on project needs.
