I sure wish customer service were more of a priority as well as accountability. My insurance and taxes are held in escrow and for the second time now, the insurance company has taken it from my account because you didn’t pay the premium. Then when I call, no one can help me?? I asked to speak to the boss-someone should be able to help and after 10 minutes she still connected me to a voice mail. No faith, no confidence. You’ve lost to much respect from me. I’m a disabled widow and can’t afford to pay the bill twice nor should I have too.
