🎉BIG ANNOUNCEMENT! In much of our service area, if Pecan Valley Centers isn't there, there may be nobody else. That's the difference this funding makes.
Too often, rural veterans become the forgotten veterans. Not because their sacrifices were any less significant, but because the population density isn't there, the services aren't there, and the resources are stretched thin.
Our Veteran Services team of just six professionals work every day to reach veterans spread across thousands of square miles. We help prevent homelessness, connect veterans to earned benefits, provide counseling, respond to crises, support families, and ensure that veterans don't fall through the cracks.
This grant is more than funding. It is an investment in access, equity, and the belief that every veteran deserves the opportunity to heal and thrive, regardless of their ZIP code.
