Save the date: Wednesday, March 11th, 7-9 p.m. in ULC 118

Are you overwhelmed? Procrastinating your final papers? Come join the Writing Center and the Research Librarians for a Final Paper Finale!

This two hour event will give you the time and space you need to write your paper alongside your fellow students. Body doubling improves your motivation, focus, and efficiency. Writing Consultants and Research Librarians will be on site ready to support you through your paper writing journey.

Light refreshments and snacks will be served. Writing doesn’t have to be isolating and torturous. Lock in with the Learning Commons!

When students have research questions, to whom do they turn? Reference Librarian Kelly Frost manages the 173 research guides on Kalamazoo College’s library website, covering everything from seminar topics to citation help. Celebrate the United States Constitution!

To mark this year’s Constitution Day (Wednesday, September 17th), the Library has compiled a guide of resources, including primary source documents, to provide the College community with information about one of America’s most important documents.

Established by Congress in 2004, Constitution Day recognizes the ratification of the U.S. constitution on September 17, 1787. The law, introduced by Senator Robert Byrd of West Virginia, requires all educational institutions receiving federal funds provide information and instruction about the Constitution on September 17th each year.
