If you’ve ever driven past the old plant in Lewiston, you’re looking at the heart of a 70-year empire. It survived the "Sugar War" and transformed "Poverty Flat" into the garden spot of Cache Valley. A true testament to the farmers who refused to be told "no." ❤️💪

How did Millville, Utah, get its name? In 1859, the first permanent building in Cache Valley was constructed—a massive sawmill powered by the Blacksmith Fork River. 🏛️

By 1860, the community was so dependent on these services that it took the literal name "Millville". Though the mill was tragically destroyed by fire in 1921, its legacy remains the foundation of the town today. 🔥
