Cache County Elections was proud to be represented at Utah Women Making History Day at the Utah State Capitol. Cache County Clerk Bryson Behm and Senior Deputy Clerk Kyla Doyle (dressed in her Suffragette Best!) joined the Lieutenant Governor’s Office as they helped students learn about Seraph Young, the first woman to legally vote in the United States and a symbol of the state’s historic role in the women’s suffrage movement. Hundreds of 4th–7th grade students visited the Capitol rotunda to explore the stories of Utah women who helped shape our state and nation.
