The Emergency Home Repair program uses grant and low-interest loan funds to repair homes in Cache, Box Elder, and Rich Counties. The program focuses on health and safety repairs such as replacing heating systems, k**b and tube mitigation, roofing, hot water heater replacement, sewer/water line and septic clean-out, window replacement, disability adaptation (e.g., ADA equipment), mold abatement, asbestos abatement, and radon abatement. Funds are limited and are approved on a case-by-case basis. Cosmetic repairs, such as landscaping, decorating, and appliances, are not eligible.

Rich County Residents! BRAG is coming to Randolph and Garden City on Wednesday, May 13th! Our Veteran’s Specialist will be available to help veterans apply for benefits! We will also be available to help with applications for any of the BRAG programs. Please see attached documents for more information.
