Very saddened to learn of the passing of Judge Martin Johnstone, he was a legend on the bench. May his memory be a blessing to all who knew him.

Deeply saddened to learn of the passing of the Hon. Martin E. Johnstone, former Kentucky Supreme Court Justice and dear friend for more than four decades. During his remarkable judicial career, the Louisville native served at every level of the Commonwealth’s court system, leaving an enduring legacy of integrity, public service and commitment to justice. My heartfelt condolences are with his family, friends and all whose lives he touched.

📋 About 670 property owners will move to the second step of the appeals process before the Board of Assessment Appeals.
✅ Our team will assist with scheduling hearings and notifying property owners of their appeal results.
We're committed to ensuring every property owner has access to a fair and transparent review process and working with the PVA.
