Last week, our team set up at Park(ing) Day and had a great time talking with residents about the work we do. Our booth highlighted some of the most common violations we see, like overgrown grass, trash, illegally parked cars, and other issues that can affect the look, safety, and quality of life in our neighborhoods. It was a fun way to start conversations, answer questions, and show how small property maintenance steps can make a big difference on every block.

Our team recently participated in a beginner American Sign Language (ASL) course where we went over the alphabet and a few common phrases. Even small steps like this can make a real difference in how we welcome and connect with Louisville residents.
