One area where our Franklin staff would benefit from our community is some additional support during the lunch and recess time!

Our staff are working very hard to meet the needs of individual students and support their learning of new routines, in a new school environment-- and some extra hands to help supervise these busy times of the day would greatly help our teams!

The first week of the 26-27 school year is complete! This week we welcomed nearly 300 students to Franklin, and we are excited to support everyone's growth and learning throughout this year.

Students listened to stories, learned about taking care of their materials and our beautiful school, and practiced the important skill of holding a pencil with a strong Kindergarten grip!

The weather this week reminded us that summer is still here, and we were all so grateful for the new playground-- which has SHADE to provide some relief on the very hot and sunny days!

Here's to an exciting year of learning, growing and fun at Franklin!
